Scholarship
ANTS will be awarding scholarships to the students according to the following categories. |
1. Academic Excellence Scholarship : The student, upon receiving a specific GPA or above during the last semester, will be given the scholarship. This will be maintained for one semester of his achievement. The GPA limitation of each scholarship can be changeable according to the situation of the very semester under the decision of Committee of scholarship. 2. Leadership Scholarship : From the student’s cabinet, an exemplary student will be chosen to receive the scholarship. 3. Ministry Scholarship: Students recommended by his/her denomination and received a recommendation by the bishop or moderator will be considered to be given a scholarship under the decision of Committee. 4. Labor Scholarship : Except for accommodation, students can apply for labor scholarship. Students who applied for this scholarship shall work in a position which will be given by work manager each day, for certain times until they fulfill the amount of time/money which they have applied for. The value of working time will be determined by work manager according to the situations. 5. Korean Church Scholarship: For all students who apply in order to facilitate the payment of his/her total school fees. The recipient must agree to maintain a satisfactory grade point of average. 6. Scholarship Policy shall be changeable according to the school financial situation. |
1. Each student must be enrolled as a full-time student in ANTS. 2. Each student is required to apply for the scholarships apart from academic excellence which will be determined by the committee of scholarship. 3. Each student must have passed the interviews and determined by the Committee for having completed his/her file. 4. With an outstanding balance for the tuition and accommodation fees of last semester, students will not be given any scholarships. 5. No double scholarship will be given to any students. 6. No cash will be given to the students instead of the scholarship certificate. 7. If the student does not finish his/her studies at ANTS, when he/she wants to transfer to another university or College without paying back the Korean Church scholarship, no transcript will be released. |
1. Students are expected to maintain high academic achievement while in the scholarship program. Generally the College expects “high achievement” to be at least a 4.0 GPA in the courses. Students who have topped in all students of each year will be exempt from work. 2. Students who have earned credits below 18 are not allowed to receive the academic scholarship the following semester. |
In any case when the Student has incurred a problem preventing him/her from continuing with the Scholarship Program by any event beyond reasonable control, then the School shall have the sole right in its good judgment to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scholarship offer. |
Korean Church Scholarship |
The purpose of this scholarship is to help students of Africa who attend ANTS to complete their studies successfully within the period of 1-3 year(s). This is available to all students who apply. This scholarship only goes towards the payment of their tuition fees. When students change their mind during the process of their studies here at ANTS, they must pay back the cost of all the scholarships they have received up to that time. Then, they can receive their final transcript. If not, their studies at ANTS will be nullified. |
