This program is an extension program affiliated and governed by All Nations Theological College and Seminary. The purpose of this program is to provide an opportunity of theological education for the pastors who don’t have any opportunity to be educated or trained by well-organized theological institute and who have eagerness to train themselves for pastoral ministry in their churches. This program will be commenced at a local place by the request of pastors in that very area. The recruitment of students will be done by those promoting pastors.

The Qualifications will be :
1.
A baptized born again Christian
2. Definite calling from God
3. Recommendation from pastor in higher position

Pastors who have requested for this course will decide on where will be the center for this course in that area. The leadership of that center will have to wisely decide how to facilitate the office there. There will an agreement among students concerning food fee paid or food collection. The arrangement for boarding including that of teachers sent by ANTS will be done by the leadership of the center.

However, ANTS will provide teachers and their salary.

The students at the time of studies will be requested to follow biblical living principles, rules and regulations. This is with an aim to help mutual living and showing the glory of God at times. There will be separate sleeping facility for men and women. Necessary things for use at that time will be arranged by the students themselves.

1. Worship :
Personal devotion/quiet time is compulsory in the morning. This is important for personal spiritual growth. The classes will start with worship and Word of God preached by the teacher to help their relationship with God.

2. Dress :
In order to maintain the highest Christian standard students are encouraged to dress modestly in class and outside.

3. School Committee :
Apart from the administration of ANTS, the student body will consist of the Chairman of the Committee, treasurer, secretary and one representative from each gender and advisor from the Pastors Fellowship in the area. The Committee is responsible to arrange for the Classes, Meals, and other programs and communicate to ANTS. The committee will recruit at least 25 candidates; more than half being pastors and evangelist, and the other ratio may include lay ministers like Elders, Deacons and others.

4. General Rules and Regulations :
To maintain a high standard of Christian life and conduct the students are expected to observe general rules and regulations set by the college.

1) Personal hygiene & cleanliness are very important. It is the responsibility of the student to keep the surroundings clean & tidy.

2) Sickness of any sort should immediately be informed to the leadership.

3) Consumption of intoxicating beverages will be severely dealt with; drunkenness is not allowed. Unity and co-operation should
always be maintained among the students. Groupism is forbidden. Quarrels/tension among the students should be brought to
the notice of the leaders.

4) Students should not press and argue on their denominational views with others. This will cause disruption. Everyone should
respect others. The students should refrain from any cultural, linguistic, ethnical, political and denominational discrimination
and criticism.

5) Any sort of hot argument or insult of the staff will not be tolerated. Misbehaviors & filthy behavior of the students will be
severely punished.

6) Students should abstain from causing damage to any center property. If any damage is done, the concerned student may be
asked for replacement or Compensation

7) Any mal-practice in the exam will result in the dismissal of the student.

A well balanced curriculum with the variety of courses has been designed to give broad exposure to develop effectiveness in ministry as well as spiritual maturity.
For the 1 Year Certificate, the credits required shall be 18 credits. Each course is 2 credits. Each course will be held for one week every month.
